Hey everyone, Adrian here! This weekend’s filming schedule is locked in, and we’re ready to make some serious progress!
Marine Scene Filming Session
First up, on Saturday the 15th, we’ll be filming the marine scene at Deering Point. Originally, we planned to use the private beach in my neighborhood, but after speaking with a security guard, we found out it’s closed due to alligator sightings—so that’s definitely a no-go. We decided to go with Deering Point because it still gives us that beautiful water backdrop without the hassle of beach crowds (below is a picture that my mom took once from the Deering point location, so you guys can get a little feel of the location).
For this filming session, Tati, Sav, and Alina will be present, but Amaris won’t make it since it’s her dad’s birthday.
Mall Scene Filming Session
Then on Sunday the 16th, we’re tackling the mall scene, and this time the whole crew will be there—including Joshua and Diego. Diego is a good friend of mine from another school, while Joshua is actually from my school and part of the same media studies program but in a different group. Joshua has been a huge help with technical advice, especially after seeing how smooth and professional his footage looked. He’s the reason I decided to switch from the Sony camera to my iPhone 16 with a professional filming app—it’s made a big difference!
We’re excited to get these scenes done and get closer to wrapping up production. Stay tuned for updates and behind-the-scenes content!
