Hey everyone, Adrian here! The revamp of the blog site is finally coming together, and I wanted to share a before-and-after look at how much has changed.
The Big Switch: From Blogger to WordPress
I decided to move from Blogger to WordPress to create a more organized and professional space for my posts. The old site worked, but it was limiting in terms of customization and navigation. The new platform offers better tools to improve the overall experience.
Before vs. After
Here’s a comparison of the old Blogger site and the new WordPress version, which is still in progress:
Before (Blogger):
- Simple but outdated layout
- Harder to organize and customize
- Basic blog format with limited features
After (WordPress):
- Sleek, modern design
- Easier navigation for blog posts
- Featured blog sections and categories for better organization
- A dedicated domain for a more professional presentation
What’s Next?
Now that the blog site revamp is almost complete (all thats left is importing all existing blogs from blogger.com onto the new blogsite), it’s time to focus on the upcoming filming sessions.
- Afterschool Scene: Sigh… we still don’t have a one-way decision yet for this scene. It’s still in talks about being scrapped, but we’ll have a definitive answer for you guys soon.
- Beach/Marine Scene: Set to be filmed on Saturday—this one is a major part of the film, so it’s an important session.
- Mall Scene: Happening on Sunday, wrapping up another key memory sequence in the storyline.
A lot is happening, and we’re getting closer to completing the project. More updates coming soon!
