Hey everyone, Adrian here! I’ve been brainstorming some creative ideas for my CCR (Creative Critical Reflection) video, and while no production has been made yet for the 2-minute opening film, I couldn’t help but think out of the gutter for how I’d approach the CCR when the time comes. We still have a long way to go before we get there, but here’s what I’ve got in mind.
The CCR Idea
For my CCR, I’m envisioning a fun and flashy video where after the success of my 2-minute opening film, I step out of a rented luxurious car (if it’s possible for me to be able to find one that’s affordable…) surrounded by paparazzi. I’ll have all my crew members and have many more of my friends to help me out like shouting stuff out while driving past us in the street, before being pulled aside to answer the four required questions:
- How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues?
- How does your product engage with audiences, and how would it be distributed as a real media text?
- How did your production skills develop throughout this project?
- How did you integrate technologies in this project?
It’s still just an idea, but I think it would be a creative way to make the CCR stand out!
Future Plans for CCR Feedback
I’m also planning a blog where I’ll review other people’s CCRs and share my feedback on them. It’ll be a great way to learn from their approaches and refine my own ideas for when it’s time to create my video.
Updates on the Film Project
As for the 2-minute opening film, we’ve been exploring new ideas beyond the horror genre. Nothing is finalized yet, but we’re still deciding and playing around with different concepts to see what fits best. I’ll dive deeper into these ideas in a future blog post, so stay tuned for that!
Final Thoughts
While there’s still a long way to go for both the film and the CCR, it’s exciting to brainstorm and plan out the possibilities. I can’t wait to see how everything evolves, and I’ll keep you updated on all the progress we make. Thanks for following along with the journey so far!
