Hey everyone, Adrian here again! I’m excited to announce that editing for The Edit – News Report is officially done, and the final video is ready. This project has been an incredible experience, and we’re so proud of how it all came together. But before we release the full report, I wanted to share something fun with you all—our behind-the-scenes moments!

While the final video looks polished, getting there was full of funny and unexpected moments. From bloopers to unplanned reactions, the behind-the-scenes clips capture the lighter side of our process. I’ve compiled a short video of these moments for you to enjoy—it’s guaranteed to give you a laugh!
Editing Highlights
During the editing process, I wanted to create a smooth and dynamic flow for the interviews. Here’s how I structured it: Tatiana would ask a question, and then the video would cut to each interviewee answering the same question without repeating it. When it was time for a new question, Tatiana would introduce it, and the same pattern followed—cutting to different interviewees answering that question in their own way. This formula kept the pacing fast and engaging, while still allowing each person’s perspective to shine.
The mix of teachers and students answering the questions gave the video a diverse and relatable feel. It was great to see how everyone approached financial wellbeing differently, and the editing really brought those insights together into one cohesive story. Cut InterviewerUnfortunately, due to time constraints, we had to make a tough decision and cut Angelo’s part from the final video. Including his responses would have extended the video by another minute, and we needed to keep it around the 2-minute mark. While his contributions were great, we had to prioritize the overall flow and length of the final product.
Final Thoughts
This project has been a journey of teamwork, creativity, and learning. We’re proud of the final video and hope it both entertains and informs you about financial wellbeing.
