Hey everyone, Adrian here! Now that we’ve finalized the script, it’s time to introduce not just the characters but also the crew members who are making Fading Into You come to life. Each person plays an important role in shaping the story and making it feel real and relatable. Let’s break down who’s who in our two-minute romance film and give some credit to the people behind the scenes.
Adrian (Main Character – Played by Me!)
Adrian is a reserved, slightly awkward guy who finds himself crushing on Tati before they really interact. He’s not the type to make the first move, which makes his journey to gain confidence throughout the film relatable and realistic. The mall scene, where he boldly asks Tati out, is a big turning point for him.
Key Traits:
- Introverted but charming in his own way
- Takes time to act on his feelings but shows growth throughout the film
- Starts off with a tomboy, band-kid aesthetic but gradually adopts a more polished look
Tati (Main Character – Played by Tatiana!)
Tati is confident and playful but still gets nervous around Adrian. While she doesn’t see them as a perfect match at first, there’s something about Adrian that keeps catching her attention. Her style evolves from classy and preppy to a more relaxed look, reflecting how their relationship develops over time.
Key Traits:
- Playful and teasing but has her own nervous moments
- Social and outgoing, always surrounded by friends
- Stylish and confident with a touch of Adrian’s influence as the story progresses
Savannah & Alina (Tati’s Friends – Played by Sav & Alina!)
Tati’s friends are the ultimate hype duo, always pushing her to go for Adrian even when she tries to brush off her feelings. Their energy and playful banter add humor to scenes, making the dynamic feel light and fun.
Key Traits:
- Teasing and supportive, never missing a chance to push Tati forward
- Strong best friend energy with lots of comedic moments
- Help lighten the mood and bring more personality to the scenes
Adrian’s Friends (Side Characters – Cast TBD!)
We didn’t have a concrete plan for who would play Adrian’s friends initially, but their role was clear—they needed to be the guys who hype him up, and push him into moments of interaction with Tati. They add a balance of comedy and support to Adrian’s more reserved nature.
Key Traits:
- Hype squad that keeps Adrian motivated
- Add comedic moments while pushing the story forward
Camerawork and Crew
We’ve got a solid crew helping out with filming:
- Amaris – Taking charge of most of the filming
- Savannah – Assisting with camera work when I’m on screen and Amaris isn’t present
- Adrian (Me!) – Filming when the others are acting
Everyone has been pitching in to make sure the shots look good and the scenes flow naturally. It’s been a real team effort!
