Hey everyone, Adrian here! This week, we’re getting into our first major filming sessions for Fading Into You! We’ll be tackling two key scenes—the lunch scene at school on Friday and the conversation at Sav’s house on Saturday. Here’s a breakdown of what we’ll be filming and what to expect.
Friday – The Lunch Scene (School Filming Session)
After school on Friday, we’ll be filming a quiet but meaningful moment between Adrian and Tati. The scene will show Tati sitting with her friends at lunch, when suddenly, she notices Adrian sitting alone, reading a book.
The two will lock eyes for a brief moment—similar to the iconic scene in 10 Things I Hate About You where the two protagonists share a glance with hidden intentions. More on that specific inspiration will be shared in a future blog, along with the clip itself!
Saturday – Filming at Sav’s House
On Saturday, we’ll be filming at Sav’s house, capturing a scene where Tati opens up to her friends about Adrian. In this scene, she admits how cute she thinks he is, but her friends quickly bring up the fact that they are complete opposites.
This conversation leads to the idea of hanging out at the mall—setting up the next key scene in the film.
