Hey everyone, Adrian here! After a lot of brainstorming, we’ve officially chosen the title for our two-minute opening film: Fading Into You. This title perfectly captures the theme of our story—how memories and emotions blend together over time, shaping a relationship.
Why Fading Into You?
Since our film moves between the past and present, we wanted a title that reflects this transition. The word fading represents how the story seamlessly shifts between timelines, just like how memories fade in and out. It also symbolizes how Adrian and Tati slowly grow closer, merging into each other’s lives.
How It Connects to the Film
The title ties into the way we’re structuring the film’s visuals and storytelling. The soft transitions between past and present, the use of lighting, and even the costume choices all reflect this theme of blending emotions and experiences.
We want the audience to feel like they’re experiencing these memories alongside the characters, gradually understanding how their relationship came to be.
