Hey everyone! Just wanted to update you on how things are going—editing the film is practically DONE! I’ve been grinding out the final touches, and everything is really coming together. Now I’m shifting gears to focus on filming the CCR tomorrow and finally getting that out of the way. Super hyped to see it all come to life!
Editing Progress & Final Touches
One of the biggest changes I made was moving the credits from the final scene to the beginning of the film. This really gave it a more professional opening film vibe rather than just throwing the credits at the end. Small change, but it made a huge difference.

A huge part of the editing process involved alternating between CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro. I used CapCut for the rough cuts and organizing scenes since it’s super quick and easy to use. Once I had the structure down, I moved over to Adobe Premiere Pro to really polish it up—adding transitions, text overlays, and working on color grading. This combo made the whole process a lot smoother and more efficient.
Logo Transformation
Another thing I’m super proud of is how the logo has evolved. Initially, it looked kind of plain, but after some revisions, it now looks way more appealing and fits the whole romantic vibe of the film. Just feels way more professional and polished now!

Fonts and Aesthetic
I also played around with the fonts and chose ones that really romanticize the visuals. They give off this soft and captivating aesthetic that just matches the vibe of the film perfectly. It’s crazy how something as small as font choice can change the entire feel of a scene.

I’m almost at the finish line! I’m trying to wrap up as much as I can this spring break. Tomorrow it’s CCR filming time, and I can’t wait to get that out of the way I’ve been prepping a script on what I want to say on my CCR already, and getting equipment ready for tomorrows set. Stay tuned for more updates as we wrap up production!
